About this project

Our partnership with Bristol Myers Squibb on the 2024 Proxy Statement brought a thoughtful approach to both visual design and strategic communication. The design incorporates illustrations throughout to explain key concepts such as delivering sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and highlighting the impact of inclusion and diversity. These illustrations add personality and warmth to the report, making complex topics more relatable and engaging. Infographics are strategically placed to cover important data points like BMS’s peer group rankings, executive compensation breakdowns, and accountability measures. Governance policies are also presented through easy-to-digest visual summaries, enhancing the clarity and flow of the document. The overall design balances professionalism with creativity, ensuring that stakeholders can easily navigate and understand the report’s critical information while staying visually engaged.
