About this project

Our partnership with eBay extended well beyond design to deliver a fully managed proxy statement from concept through distribution. We collaborated with the client’s legal, investor relations, and executive teams to create a modern, shareholder-focused document that balances strong visual storytelling with the precision required for SEC compliance. In addition to creative direction, layout, and production, we managed the regulatory filing process, coordinated print production, and helped ensure the final proxy was delivered accurately, on schedule, and ready for distribution. The result is a polished annual communication that strengthens the shareholder experience while meeting the highest standards for quality and compliance.
