About this project
The 2026 Constellation Energy Proxy Statement demonstrates how thoughtful design can improve the shareholder experience by making complex governance and compensation information easier to navigate. Drawing from Constellation Energy’s visual identity, we created a clean, cohesive design system that uses color, icons, and infographics to guide readers through key topics. Special attention was given to the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A), where layered information is presented in a clear, engaging format that supports both transparency and understanding.
Visualizing key criteria
This graphic demonstrates how thoughtful design can make complex information more engaging and easier to understand. By using Ford’s brand colors as a visual framework, we transformed a list of evaluation criteria into a simple, memorable graphic that reinforces the company’s identity while improving readability. The interconnected circles suggest that each factor contributes to the overall decision, helping readers quickly understand the relationship between the concepts without relying on dense text.
Informative graphs and charts
The proxy statement’s graphs and charts are effective visual aids that give shareholders a thorough grasp of key ideas. The graph effectively presents the Annual Incentive Plan breakdown with a clear and visually appealing design. It uses a pie chart to allocate different components of the plan, making it easy for readers to grasp the distribution at a glance. This visual representation ensures stakeholders can quickly and transparently understand the relative importance of each performance metric in determining executive incentives.
